Exchange and return policy

Any products returned for a refund or return must be intact and in their original condition.


For in-store purchases, you may return items within 14 days for a full refund through your chosen payment method. The purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card within 28 days of the purchase date.


For online purchases, you may return your products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original method of payment used, you will be responsible for any postage or associated costs and risk in returning the goods to us. You must ensure that you receive the products through our returns centre within 14 days of receiving your order or your order may be refused.


If you return your purchase by post after the time period set out above (except for damaged goods), we reserve the right not to provide this service to you. We may instead return your purchase, and you will be charged the applicable delivery charges for the products.


The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise at our returns center.

Please note that some banks may take longer to calculate your credit.

We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any bank charges that may be incurred during the refund process.


We recommend that you return products via recorded delivery and keep proof of postage.
